Objetivos: evaluar la eficacia y la seguridad del relleno para la restauración del volumen, la remodelación de los glúteos y la corrección de las depresiones celulíticas a través de métodos cuantitativos, cualitativos y la satisfacción del paciente. Materiales y métodos: estudio prospectivo, longitudinal y abierto realizado en una clínica estética de Brasil. Se incluyeron 105 pacientes adultos sanos de ambos sexos, de 21 a 55 años, que recibieron Hyaluromax GP30® (HGP 30) con seguimiento durante 12 meses. Los criterios principales incluyeron mejoría estética (Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale, GAIS), mediciones antropométricas (circunferencia, proyección), escala de gravedad de celulitis (Cellulite Severity Scale, CSS) y registro de eventos adversos. Resultados: circunferencia media +4,5 cm a 6 meses (p <0,001) meses (p <0,01). Proyección: +2,8cm a 6 meses, +1,5 cm a 12 mostró mejoría de la cellulitis a los 6 meses y el 70% a los 12 meses. GAIS: el 94% mejorado a los 6 meses, el 80% a los 12 meses. El 40% recibió retoque planificado. No hubo eventos adversos graves. Conclusiones: Hyaluromax GP30® (HGP 30)demostró ser una opción segura y eficaz para el aumento de glúteos no quirúrgico y para la corrección de las depresiones celulíticas, con alta satisfacción y mínima tasa de complicaciones.
